About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new revenue by selling Kontempo’s enterprise software platform to mid-market and large corporate clients.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on closing complex deals, consistently beats quota, and wants to take the next step in their career selling innovative financial technology into Mexico’s most important corporate customers. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and collaborate with colleagues across Product, Risk, and Operations to win and grow major accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Consistently exceed quota by driving new revenue from Mexico’s top corporates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities in targeted industries.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to senior decision-makers, clearly articulating Kontempo’s value proposition.
  • Structure and negotiate enterprise software contracts, coordinating with internal teams and legal.
  • Partner with Product and Operations to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing customer success.
  • Track sales activity and provide accurate forecasts and reporting to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of beating quota.
  • Proven ability to sell into mid-market and large corporates in Mexico (>1,000m MXN annual sales)
  • Hands-on, competitive, and motivated by closing big deals and winning in the market.
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead Kontempo’s brand, communications, and awareness-building efforts with corporates, enterprise buyers, and industrial trade associations in Mexico.

This is a hands-on role for a creative, strategic marketer who thrives on building communities, positioning companies as thought leaders, and generating visibility in the right industry circles. You’ll own our marketing calendar, build relationships with trade organizations and media, and execute programs that make Kontempo top-of-mind for industrial suppliers and their customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Kontempo’s brand awareness with corporates, enterprise companies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade associations, chambers, and industrial networks.
  • Plan and execute Kontempo’s presence at expos, conventions, and industry events.
  • Secure opportunities for Kontempo to speak on panels, get interviewed on top podcasts, and earn media coverage.
  • Lead content creation and thought leadership: articles, op-eds, case studies, whitepapers, and posts for industry publications.
  • Organize and execute Kontempo-hosted events (panels, industry talks, community-building forums).
  • Manage event sponsorships and partnership opportunities to maximize brand impact.
  • Work closely with leadership on PR strategy and earned media campaigns.
  • Measure performance of campaigns and events; report on KPIs like reach, engagement, and lead impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that build awareness and reputation.
  • Experience with events, partnerships, and community-building.
  • Strong content and communications skills (writing, storytelling, PR, media relations).
  • Hands-on mindset: comfortable managing everything from strategy to execution.
  • Existing network in trade associations, industry chambers, or media outlets in Mexico is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Kontempo is building the financial operating system for B2B commerce in Mexico. We help suppliers automate trade credit, payments, and financial workflows so they can grow sales while managing risk. We’re a fast-growing fintech backed by leading investors and work with some of Mexico’s largest industrial companies.

We’re looking for a People Operations Manager who enjoys building teams, creating efficient processes, and helping a growing company run smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves execution, takes ownership, and is energized by supporting managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

This role reports to our VP of Finance & Operations and works closely with the CEO and leadership team.

What You’ll Own

You will lead all day-to-day people operations, including:

  • Own the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Coordinate onboarding so every new employee has a great first experience.
  • Manage offboarding processes professionally and efficiently.
  • Administer performance review cycles, promotions, and compensation changes.
  • Maintain employment agreements, contractor agreements, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal, payroll, and external providers to ensure compliance.
  • Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and external HR partners.
  • Maintain employee records, policies, and internal documentation.
  • Organize team events and initiatives that strengthen our culture.
  • Partner with managers to improve hiring quality and team performance.
  • Continuously improve our people processes as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent, or a similar role.
  • Experience at a startup or high-growth company is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable owning both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.
  • Strong recruiter with a track record of hiring exceptional talent.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
